"Great Service once again" After coming in a week prior to have a routine oil change and alignment done, had to go out of town for business and upon return, noticed a lot of pla After coming in a week prior to have a routine oil change and alignment done, had to go out of town for business and upon return, noticed a lot of play in the steering wheel upon driving the car. Took the car in and upon inspection, Doug explained the steering coupler was worn and needed replacing; it was done in a timely manner while I waited and the part/labor were covered under warranty. I've had nothing but great customer service and overall experiences at Jim Hudson, would definitely recommend them and will do business with them again! More

I agreed and a little later the cabin filter for the a/c was brought to me and looked bad. I replaced it as well. The fact they ask and show the issues is great, and allows for an informed decision. 9K mile service I was well taken care of: I got there early but they moved me on into the service bay because a big storm was coming. They took care of all that I as I was well taken care of: I got there early but they moved me on into the service bay because a big storm was coming. They took care of all that I asked for and noticed there were 2 recalls pending on my vehicle. They had the parts in stock and were able to take care of both problems right then. This means a lot to me because i travel from Aiken, SC to get my service done and it is difficult for me to schedule a separate trip. It all made for a slightly longer stay but the lounge area was comfortable. If I have any complaint it was that both the radio and the TV were playing in the lounge and that kind of noise overload tends to put me on edge. But I had my laptop with me (and was able to plug in) and used my earbuds to listen to relaxing music instead. So it was all good. I live on a dirt road and drive predominantly in stop and go traffic so I choose the higher maintenance program for my car. Oil change places cannot do all that needs to be done (I have learned the hard way) but the price at the dealership service center was comparable to the oil change places AND included all of the other checks I desired.
