9K mile service I was well taken care of: I got there early but they moved me on into the service bay because a big storm was coming. They took care of all that I as I was well taken care of: I got there early but they moved me on into the service bay because a big storm was coming. They took care of all that I asked for and noticed there were 2 recalls pending on my vehicle. They had the parts in stock and were able to take care of both problems right then. This means a lot to me because i travel from Aiken, SC to get my service done and it is difficult for me to schedule a separate trip. It all made for a slightly longer stay but the lounge area was comfortable. If I have any complaint it was that both the radio and the TV were playing in the lounge and that kind of noise overload tends to put me on edge. But I had my laptop with me (and was able to plug in) and used my earbuds to listen to relaxing music instead. So it was all good. I live on a dirt road and drive predominantly in stop and go traffic so I choose the higher maintenance program for my car. Oil change places cannot do all that needs to be done (I have learned the hard way) but the price at the dealership service center was comparable to the oil change places AND included all of the other checks I desired.
