Great Service, BUT I've been getting my car serviced here for years. Without fail I almost always ask that they wash and vacuum my car, which I understand to be a free I've been getting my car serviced here for years. Without fail I almost always ask that they wash and vacuum my car, which I understand to be a free service anyway when my car is serviced. This time, however, it was clearly not done but David, my service adviser tried to make me believe it had been done, stating that the just barely vacuum become they have so many cars and next time he would make sure they did a better job. I didn't argue but there is NO way the even barely vacuumed my car. I intentionally took out my 2 dog seats in the back and there was NO sign of any changes on the seats and floorboards of the dog hairs being vacuumed. There was even a straw and paper that the vacuum surely would have picked up had it been vacuumed. Now I expect if this is in fact a service provided that it actually be provided and for David or whoever not to try to pull one over on me just because he or someone forgot to wash and vacuum my car.. Certainly I don't expect a full detail job or for them to get all of the embedded gog hair out or showroom ready, but at least make an effort to follow thru with what you offer in the way of a curtesy car wash. Otherwise, service is always great. More
