I noticed a few days later that one of the screw knobs for the cabin air filter was in the floorboard. On my next service visit February 8th, I gave the knob to the service adviser and asked him to make sure it was put back. He told me no problem it would be taken care of. Later that evening after picking my car up, I went to put a drink in the cup holder and there was that knob. It wasn't put back. My car also wasn't washed. That was a first. I'd come to appreciate and look forward to this service. More
