The staff was friendly but the oil change took way too long, even though I had an appointment specifically for an oil change. Which is insane considering the current offer for an oil change was $59.95, and I brought in my own oil. I was not happy and they would not honor what the person told me over the phone. I had my first scheduled service on my Tucson yesterday. My service advisor Richard was extremely nice and helpful. Bought a car from AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. 125 point inspection means nothing as the car I purchased had extensive under the hood damage that the inspection did not disclose nor did anyone a 125 point inspection means nothing as the car I purchased had extensive under the hood damage that the inspection did not disclose nor did anyone at the dealership. The dealership then tried to blame it on the shipping company. The shipping company took very good photos that showed the car left the dealership in poor condition. The dealership would not return calls either. Update: Reached a deal with the dealership that was satisfactory. Took some time but in the end it worked out. More
The Service department manager whose name is Justin was horrible and confrontational and unapologetic to our concerns. He went on to tell us about how short staffed he was and so on. They also tried to charge us more than the original quote. They emailed the cost as 1644 and then attempted to charge us 2000 once we arrived to pick up the car. Shameful and I will tell everyone who will listen. Chris (assistant service manager) was able to resolve the cost issue. I spoke with the General Manager and will go further and speak with the District Manager, Regional Manager and anyone else who will listen with this company. If that means emailing the Vice President and higher. Horrible customer service has no place in business. Justin clearly needs further training. I know nothing will be done, however that will not stop me from speaking up. Justin has ruined any good experiences we have had in the past. More
