No refund on cancelled extended warranty Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia is withholding $1285 from me! It was not explained to me at the time of purchase that the extended warranty I purch Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia is withholding $1285 from me! It was not explained to me at the time of purchase that the extended warranty I purchased was for Autonation only, not a Hyundai warranty. I submitted cancellation on February 24, 2107, well in advance of the 60 day no penalty cancellation deadline. Calls to Jay Zuck, Wesley Kim, and Jeff Godwin have gone unanswered. My sales rep did call me back and said it would take 8 weeks for accounting to process the refund. It is now May 19,2017, well past 8 weeks and I'm still waiting on the money owed to me. This is deplorable customer. service. I would not recommend this dealership! More
