Mike Green to the Rescue - Twice! When a problem arose with the car I had picked for purchase, Auto Nation located the same car at another location and Mike drove it to the dealership When a problem arose with the car I had picked for purchase, Auto Nation located the same car at another location and Mike drove it to the dealership the same day. On my first road trip with the car, I got a piece of metal in one of the tires. The car's system alerted me to the problem in time for me to reach a safe location. I was a little unsure as to my best course of action so I called Mike. He reminded me of how to locate the roadside assistance phone number and explained the process to me. He even asked me to let him know when things were resolved. It helped to talk to someone I knew. Roadside assistance arrived promptly, put the spare on, directed me to a nearby location where I could get the tire repaired and I was on back on the road in very little time. I feel I have made a great decision both in the car I selected and the people I chose to do business with. More
