The service department was able to get me in quickly and make the repairs. They even left my keys with the sales department since I could not get there by the time they closed. i received a letter to have my car updated with the anti theft software which was efficiently done. I also got feedback on the 16 point safety check. Over all it was a good experience. They have 3 offerings of which the lower one was up to $4,000 and the higher package up to $11,000.. I think i needed to sit down to get over the shock. The service personnel did provide a more realistic price, which came to just iver a $1,000 but suffice to say that was too expensive for me. More

Warranty got a new engine since there was a knock in the engine, now it vibrates at 75+ mph. Which it didn't before. I'm not sure the technician tightened everything as well as it should be.
