Went in for scheduled 15k check and oil change / tire rotation. The service advisor gave me a paper with 3 service level options that were 'recommended'. So here is our take on this dealership after all is said and done. This dealership will make promises that they don't keep. In our case, it was to fix a tire, and to sell us car that we could take home th and done. This dealership will make promises that they don't keep. In our case, it was to fix a tire, and to sell us car that we could take home the same day. They will have have you sign a sales agreement, get insurance on the vehicle, and take all your money. After the sale, they then inform you that you won't be able to drive the car off the lot because it'll take a week fix a tire. Really, are tires part of the supply chain shortage nowadays? So we had to wait a week to get our car, that we own, because this dealership went back on the agreement made to sell the car, stating they would have it done that day. After the sale, they told my husband that he could leave for a while and come back, because they had to do the tires and detail the vehicle, then it would be ready. After getting lunch and returning, he was told it'll be a week. Where is the customer service at this dealership? They said the car would be able to be taken home that day then did not find a solution to make it happen. They could have put on a tire since they are the ones who broke their promise. But this dealership is too cheap and will not do the thing they promise, nor find a solution that is reasonable. So after a week, my husband went back to get the car. He went to the same sales guy who pawned him off to the service department because they put on the tires. The service depart them gave him the car with only one of the two key fobs, and the one had a large key tracker device attached to it that the dealership uses. It even said on the key tracker 1 of 2. So my husband was nice enough to go back to the sales guy and offer them back their tracking device, and also inquired about he second key fob. The sales guy went and inquired about the other key fob and stated that they could not find it, but would mail it if they do find it. A week after that, my husband contacted the salesman about the key fob and was told that they do not have it. Again, being super cheap and not taking car of a customer because they don't want to give up a key fob because it has value. Beware of this dealership if they are promising to do something because they are not honest and do shady deals!!!!!!! Very unhappy with the lack of understanding and customer service. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here unless you like being mislead and left feeling taken advantage of. More

Overall it was a good experience. My only negative was the heavy metal music playing in the service area. While a few of the songs were okay, too many of them were cause for angst. Coupled with people watching TV in the service waiting area it was too much sensory overload. Please find some music that is more appropriate. It doesn't have to be elevator music...just something acceptable to all kinds of folks. Your service people were great. More
