Came in for service on my vehicle and was greeted by a service advisor with a friendly and professional demeanor. Nice comfortable seats in the waiting area with free coffee and water. Went in for scheduled 15k check and oil change / tire rotation. The service advisor gave me a paper with 3 service level options that were 'recommended'. I was told services chosen would take about 90 rotation. The service advisor gave me a paper with 3 service level options that were 'recommended'. Several of the items listed in the 'service level options' were upsell items that were not needed on my car at this time. I lost some trust in the dealership after this visit. Previously I'd had a really good impression of them. More
