This dealership will make promises, in our case it was to fix a tire., to sell you a car that you can take home the same day. They then have you sign a sales agreement, get insurance on the vehicle, and take fix a tire., to sell you a car that you can take home the same day. After the sale, they then inform you that you won't be able to drive the car off the lot because it'll take a week fix a tire. Really, are tires part of the supply chain shortage nowadays? So we are now having to wait a week to get our car, that we own, because this dealership went back on the agreement made to sell the car, stating they would have it done that day. After the sale, they told my husband that he could leave for a while and come back, because they had to do the tires and detail the vehicle, then it would be ready. After getting lunch and returning, he was told it'll be a week. Where is the customer service at this dealership? They said the car would be able to be taken home that day then did not find a solution to make it happen. They could have put on a tire since they are the ones who broke their promise. But this dealership is too cheap and will not do the thing they promise, nor find a solution that is reasonable. Beware of this dealership if they are promising to do something because they are not honest and do shady deals!!!!!!! Very unhappy with the lack of understanding and customer service. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here. More

I came in because the car was not running correctly. I know it was something was wrong $192 later they said they put it on all the machines. It was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later or three weeks later it was worse, and an engine light came on And brought it in $1400 almost $1500 had to have a major tunup I contribute that to covid and dealerships not open and the person who saw me the first time did not do a thorough job of checking my car out because it needed a major tuneup. How could he have missed that so I’m out $192 in addition to almost $1500 for a tuneup I would’ve paid $1500 along the way but I didn’t need to spend $192 for him to tell me nothing is wrong with the car in addition to that I live in Buckhead, which is an hour away from the dealership, but I’m a loyal customer and I drove that distance twice so I think I should get my $192 back otherwise I wouldn’t take my car to Hyundai at Mall Of georgia. If I didn’t believe they were a good dealership this time they filled me. More
