The door latch on our 2017 Elantra quick working and the driver door would not open when unlocked. We understood this to be a warranty issue. Ivan and Robert were both stand up guys and very helpful throughout the entire process. I ended up buying my GMC Sierra from them about 1.5 weeks after initially going to meet them and test drive it.
