I brought the car in for a 10:00 appointment and was told it would be about 2 hours before they could see me. Then they didn’t even do the test that I had scheduled. My mistake was not having both my i phone and myWatch on so I didn’t receive a message. Why bother making an appointment if you wind up getting in line and having to wait your turn anyway. They just did the normal routine check points on the car that wasn’t necessary because it was a follow up from about 3 weeks ago. So I brought the car back home after an all day visit with nothing being done. Not a happy camper. I have a recall on car latches that were supposed to be ordered 4 weeks ago and still are not in. I haven’t been able to open one of my back doors and the drivers side door still doesn’t work so I can’t lock my car because I’m afraid if I do I won’t be able to get it unlocked. I live in Gainesville,Ga so I don’t have any other choice that to come up to the Mall of Georgia for my service. I find that to be an inconvenience for me at my age to have to drive all the way in and not get better service. I’m thinking my choice wasn’t a very good choice since I have such a hard time getting the work done on my trip into the dealership. More

Stay far away from Hyundai Mall of Georgia's service department, to say that it is horrible is an understatement. More

The sale was as smooth as butter; however AFTER when I was to receive my “we owe you” the ball was dropped. I was supposed to have a part ordered to repair the driver seat which would not go forward allow was to receive my “we owe you” the ball was dropped. I was supposed to have a part ordered to repair the driver seat which would not go forward allowing me to reach the pedals comfortably while driving. Money and paperwork and signatures were exchanged, but 2 weeks later, when I called them to ask about the part…crickets! No return call. I called the next day and my salesman says he was JUST going to call me. 🤨 I told him I had already spoken with the parts department and that no part was ever even ordered under my name. Wow. Then he says to me I need to bring the vehicle back so the guy in service can look at the seat, even though it took hours to close the deal, meaning he really could have looked at it while I was there and ordered the part the same day. 😩 Anyway, when I brought it back, there was an ink pen under the seat preventing it from moving. 😳 which again, if they had only taken the time to LOOK, the process would have gone so much smoother.
