Difficult to speak with an service advisor and did not respond to text messages or phone messages. It took me asking for service manager to for explanation of service recommendations none of which I broug respond to text messages or phone messages. It took me asking for service manager to for explanation of service recommendations none of which I brought the car in for service. I was told I needed work that I did not need. Asked to wash car after service and it was not done. Shown coupon for free wiper with purchase of one when I brought car in but was not noted on service record when I picked up car. Service manager didn’t want to honor because it was no longer active when I picked up car. He was irritated because he should have already left work. More

I purchased my vehicle in Feb from the dealership everything was quick and great. I made an appt and returned my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and I was not pleased. I had to wait 3 hrs everything was quick and great. I made an appt and returned my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and I was not pleased. I had to wait 3 hrs for the oil change because they had to order my filter from autozone and no one shared the details with me. Then after all that, they didn't even rotate my tires... This was the worst service ever. More
