I was told a reasonable work time even though they were short on techs. so I chose to leave my car. I was driven to my home. The driver was very helpful. Work was done in time. I was able to take advantage of a sale that day thanks to the person checking me out. More
Every time I go to this dealership I am always impressed by how quickly they are to fix my car. The men and women who work here are very nice and courteous to me. They have done oil changes, tire rotations, repaired two tires with nail and glass in them. I’ve brought my car in for a couple of recalls and am always treated well. When I have had to pay for services their prices are very reasonable. I’m very appreciative of this dealership and will continue to use them. I do hope they update the online appointment service. It was unusable the last time I tried to make an appointment. More
JANUARY 31, 2022 Spent 3 hours waiting to sign papers, even though we had an appointment, but they needed to close their monthly sales book (we were the last customers out at 9:30 pm). Because the car wa even though we had an appointment, but they needed to close their monthly sales book (we were the last customers out at 9:30 pm). Because the car was turned around so fast, the dealership failed to find the oil leak that the car had--and we didn't notice the slow drip until late March. They still wanted $150 to diagnose and another $980 to replace the oil pressure switch and "contaminated" harness. Said it was a blowout (um, not). Took car to real Kia dealer who replaced switch and cleaned harness for $166. Will never go back to Autonation. More
Went in for oil change and said my car been sluggish when accelerating. Told I needed 4 new tires and wheel alignment. I questioned that would change sluggish acceleration. Took car elsewhere and told only n accelerating. Told I needed 4 new tires and wheel alignment. I questioned that would change sluggish acceleration. Jodi was a great help in helping me get my new Santa Fe. She was able to find the color/trim I wanted, got me a great deal on my previous lease and helped get me a good deal on the Santa Fe. Brought my 2016 Elantra in for a repair. When they called to tell me the issue and how much it would be, they also mentioned that it looked like I hadn't done the 60,000 mile maintenance on When they called to tell me the issue and how much it would be, they also mentioned that it looked like I hadn't done the 60,000 mile maintenance on it (car has 85,000 miles on it). He then proceeded to tell me that as part of the 60,000 mile maintenance, I needed to replace the coolant and transmission fluids, and change the spark plugs, for a total cost of $670. I declined, and said I'd just do those another time. When I got my car back, I looked at the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule in the manual. Hyundai recommends changing spark plugs at 105,000 miles, coolant at 120,000 miles, and transmission fluid NEVER. I checked with my uncle, who's been a dealership mechanic his whole career, to get his take on it, and he said it's completely unnecessary to do those items before the manufacturer's recommended timeframe. I expect a repair shop to exaggerate needed repairs (sadly). But to blatantly lie about necessary maintenance at a cost of $670 is inexcusable. I will never return to this dealership. More
