I was having problems with my Santa Fe air conditioner not working properly. The dealership scheduled me in to analyze the problem four weeks out. Finally the day came to take to dealership where I was me not working properly. The dealership scheduled me in to analyze the problem four weeks out. She explained that the problem would have to reappear and sure enough when the car was in the shop the tech found the problem and fixed it under warranty. Happy cool customer here. More

The only complaint that II have is that it took 5 hours. At the same time I could see that everyone was as busy as a beaver. Other than that it was a very good experience. Had to bring in my Sonata for two minor recalls on 3/17. While they were fixing those, had them check on the navigation and clock. The navigation system had me located about 15 miles from my actual location While they were fixing those, had them check on the navigation and clock. The navigation system had me located about 15 miles from my actual location and the clock option to change the time was grayed out. After a diagnostic test, it turns out my radio needed to be replaced. Here is where it gets complicated but William Carbone did an excellent job. I have an extended warranty thru CarMax which would take care of the replacement. After I made a call to check on the radio replacement, William was able to contact the service care center to start a claim. Everything was handled professionally, William kept me up to date on the claim/service. The radio had to be ordered and it arrived on Monday 3/28, got the appointment for 3/30 and the car was ready to pick up 3/31. I had zero issues and excellent service. I have brought in both of our Hyundai’s and will take them back. More
