Once the sale is complete, good luck trying to get any help from this dealership. I have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding the payoff of my trade for over a week. I've left messages at th help from this dealership. I have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding the payoff of my trade for over a week. I've left messages at the dealership for whoever the receptionist transfers me to when I say why I'm calling and I've emailed and texted the salesperson. She said she would find out and get back to me but never did. That was the middle of last week. It's ridiculous that I can't get in touch with anyone. The customer service at Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia is terrible. I don't recommend buying a car from there. More
