I received excellent service from my Automobile Salesperson, Willie and Peter in finance. Both Willie and Peter were very professional and attentive. However, the General Manager, Aid sent me a “How was your visit at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia?” email, which I replied to and he never responded. I informed him how they needed a receptionist because I waited in the showroom until Willie walked by. Mind you, the dealership was not busy. I also informed him that I did not like being forced to pay for the $500+ car care protection, which is a waste of money. I traded in a 2016 Jeep which was in mint condition inside. I don’t have pets, I don’t have grandchildren, and my husband and children are OCD like me; and the bottom line is, anyone can purchase Scotchgard and only spend $20.00 to protect the interior of a car. At the end of the day, Willie was the only reason why I purchased the car there. I am conflicted about recommending the dealership. The General Manager’s disregard does not sit well with me. More
Not the best experience, they over charged me by double, if I had not been paying attention I would have been charged for an oil change included in my maintenance package. The gentleman that helped me was great and very helpful. He was at the first counter as you enter. He was busy and had three people in line waiting to be helped. There were two other customer service people behind him that were not helping anyone. They never bothered to acknowledge that we were there waiting to be helped. And, those of us waiting couldn’t believe that they did not have the courtesy to speak to us at all or say hello, we’ll be with you shortly. Management needs to correct this no service customer service. Totally shocked at there behavior! More
