Honorary 5 stars. I know the work is always done right and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. My only complaint is the accuracy of the time estimates given - was told a job would take an hour, and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. My only complaint is the accuracy of the time estimates given - was told a job would take an hour, ended up being over two hours (and was subsequently late to everything the rest of the day). They are likely short staffed which is understandable. I won't take away from the 5-star rating though as I am happy with the work and I will be going back to this dealer when needed. More

I like the car and liked the sales person, Eddy. But my overall experience with dealership was not good. After negotiating a price over the phone, the dealership informed me that the agreed to price did n overall experience with dealership was not good. After negotiating a price over the phone, the dealership informed me that the agreed to price did not include dealer add-ons. I left and shopped around. Ultimately their price was competitive. We re-negotiated and agreed to an "all in" price. Once I arrived to the dealership to pay cash, it took 2 hours. At an hour and forty minutes, I was told they couldn't accept a personal check even though I told them when I walked in that I was paying by check. We ultimately got it worked out where they loaned me the car over the weekend and I returned to the dealership on Monday with cashiers check. But the process was extremely time consuming and frustrating. I asked to speak to the senior manager during the process. Whether the employees choose not to contact him or whether he chose not to see me, I can't answer. As I was leaving, I asked again and met with him. He basically said the check policy was AutoNations and there was nothing he could do. When pressed on the 2 hours to complete the purchase of the car for cash after negotiations were complete, he stated that was "industry standard." Ultimately I was disappointed and frustrated with the experience. More
Louis was great! He worked with us to find the right car and was very knowledgeable about each model and trim. He was never pushy with us and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The service department supervisor is unprofessional and rude. Don't go to them if you need quality work done. I had to bring my car back several time for the same issue and they let the car sit for over a rude. Don't go to them if you need quality work done. I had to bring my car back several time for the same issue and they let the car sit for over a month before getting the permission from the manufacturer to replace the transmission. I am now having the same issue with the NEW transmission and Justin, the new service supervisor, was nasty because I brought my car to them with low gas in the tank and they only test drove it for 8 miles and told me they saw nothing wrong. This is the same thing that happened before the transmission needed to be replaced and I felt that they should have tried to keep the car longer to replicate the problem. They were too anxious to get the car off the lot because they weren't making money on a car with "no problems". They were begging customers to come in during the start of the pandemic and now that business has improved, customer service is worse than ever. Bring your patience if you get service there! More
