I appreciate Albert so much during a stressful situation for me. He made sure he went over every detail that was going to need done to my vehicle that day it was service and he also brought me back to sane. for me. Service actually took less than an hour, if fact I wasn't able to finish the work I brought with me! Answered all my questions and future maintenance visits needs. The one improvement I suggest is far less lead time needed for service visits, though I will certainly use the advice from the service advisors to seek low-volume times/days to bring in my car More
