Th wait was horrible. I had an appointment and still had a 3 hour wait. This was not communicated with me at any time. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Still undergoing some renovations but a lot better than in the past. Waiting room very bright and roomy. Tried making online appointment but all was blacked out.
