I've always had great experience at Hyundai Mall of Georgia. I had an issue with my vehicle. Mr. Dustin the service manager has been very helpful and professional helping me through the process. Another negative review that they deserved, set an appointment for oil change and I have an issue with the horn that they recently replaced, received a call prior to appt that they cannot check the Ho appointment for oil change and I have an issue with the horn that they recently replaced, received a call prior to appt that they cannot check the Horn issue in the same day which is weird then I went on the appointment date 8:30am left the vehicle and got shuttle back to my house and the service tech told me that he will give me a call as once the vehicle is checked, did receive a msg around 1:00pm about changing air filter(all thy care to get some money from you) I tried to reach them till 2:30pm no luck then finally around 3:00pm I called and he answered the same thing let me check and get back to you. Seriously at 3:00 pm and you don’t know the status then called me saying oil change is done, I asked about the horn he said that the technician said it’s working fine, I said no its not and he went to check with another technician based on he said and found out that the low horn is working but the high isn’t and he said the same thing like it happened before we will order the part and will call you. Three weeks now no call BTW he told me that the part will be there the week after. More
