The blistering on our door handle is not anything we did. it is a manufacture problem. I can't believe this would cost me over $600.00 to repair. This should be covered by Hyundai. also my fluids were not topped as they should have been. I even mentioned this. It is too difficult to reach a person in the service department and they never call me back More

The customer service representatives were very professional and friendly. I had a very difficult time getting an appointment, and the appointment representative wasn't helpful - simply told me it professional and friendly. I had a very difficult time getting an appointment, and the appointment representative wasn't helpful - simply told me it would be over 2 months before an appointment was available and told me to "go somewhere else". I asked where there were other service locations, and she said, "I have no idea." I ended up contacting my original sales representative - Grace Baker - and she had an appointment - same week - for me immediately - thank you for your continued awesome support, Grace! The maintenance work was done; however the car wasn't cleaned up as promised - no vacuum, wash, etc. It also took two hours to do the oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room was comfortable, even with remodeling in progress. More
I brought the car in for a 10:00 appointment and was told it would be about 2 hours before they could see me. Then they didn’t even do the test that I had scheduled. My mistake was not having both my i phone it would be about 2 hours before they could see me. Then they didn’t even do the test that I had scheduled. My mistake was not having both my i phone and myWatch on so I didn’t receive a message. Why bother making an appointment if you wind up getting in line and having to wait your turn anyway. They just did the normal routine check points on the car that wasn’t necessary because it was a follow up from about 3 weeks ago. So I brought the car back home after an all day visit with nothing being done. Not a happy camper. I have a recall on car latches that were supposed to be ordered 4 weeks ago and still are not in. I haven’t been able to open one of my back doors and the drivers side door still doesn’t work so I can’t lock my car because I’m afraid if I do I won’t be able to get it unlocked. I live in Gainesville,Ga so I don’t have any other choice that to come up to the Mall of Georgia for my service. I find that to be an inconvenience for me at my age to have to drive all the way in and not get better service. I’m thinking my choice wasn’t a very good choice since I have such a hard time getting the work done on my trip into the dealership. More
It's taken three appointments to just have my car evaluated for a popping sound in my driver's door and a total of six hours wasted. I had a service manager working with me and he found the problem a evaluated for a popping sound in my driver's door and a total of six hours wasted. I had a service manager working with me and he found the problem and told me that he would order the part and call me. I called and left a message and it's been approximately two weeks. What do they want me to do, go get the part to bring it in for service, and replace it myself? Stay far away from Hyundai Mall of Georgia's service department, to say that it is horrible is an understatement. More
