Customer service is only fair. Too long to wait to be acknowledged. Estimated wait time 75 min and actually over 2 hours. Andy took excellent care of me and the car. I was there about 3 hours and was able to have an engine diagnostic test done. Nothing major was needed but they reset my engine lite that came on and I felt like it could be serious. All was well. I did have a few things done that were related to my 60,000 mile check up which is still about 2500 miles to go. I had it done right then and there. I was told I was good for about 30,000 miles or so. My car is a 2016 with only 57,000 miles on it. 👍.and in excellent condition. Wish there was a dealership in Gainesville, Ga.
