Jesus not only did he forge my name on a document he lied to us repeatedly so that he could get us to buy the extra insurance when we told him from the beginning we absolutely did not want it. He literally lied to us and told us it would be 11 extra dollars a month didn’t tell us anything about it changing our interest rate didn’t tell it changing my payment except $11 a month after we repeatedly asked him over and over is that all nothing different no other changes nothing but he had to lie on order for him to get that extra insurance sold because he had a bet with the other people in the store that he could sell some to us when we told him we actually would not buy any. He ball faced lied and forged my signature on a document in order to receive that sale. The other salesman were wonderful, but he should not be working there and beware of anything. He tells you and make sure you double check and double check and triple check all of the paperwork because he will lie to get extra sales. More
