After coming in pre approved with my credit union, the finance guy obviously did not like that. We were close to closing the deal until my credit union advised me Randall threatened my credit union and ad finance guy obviously did not like that. We were close to closing the deal until my credit union advised me Randall threatened my credit union and advised if the money was not there within 10 days, our car would be immediately picked up. Threatening repossession. Because of this statement, I decided to pull the deal. My credit union has call recordings of this being stated. I understand the commission or certain finance company’s dealers prefer to have us go thru, but also treating other banks in this sense is unacceptable. Deal was lost because of this. More

Had a problem with my steering, they got me in to fix it and they got it covered under warranty. My 2015 Sonata rear tinting was bubbling so I took it in for replacement under warranty, and the passenger side window button didn't wortk, nor the passenger mirror. While the car was in the lot, someone ra for replacement under warranty, and the passenger side window button didn't wortk, nor the passenger mirror. While the car was in the lot, someone ran into it and did some pretty significant damage to the front end, bent the hood, etc. The lot has construction going on so no cameras were active. I was very upset. But, they did the repairs and it came out looking brand new. Everything is fixed, everything looks great and I'm super happy with the work they did. More
