I was scheduled for an early morning oil change. When I arrived (early) I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait because they were busy. So why schedule me for a time that is not available? Took my car in because of a recall and the technician proceeded to recommend an oil change which is fine, however I just had one a few months prior.
