I like the dealership itself and the people along with the service I received! However, I cannot give 5 stars for a couple of reasons. #1 - the process for scheduling an appointment is tedious and time-c the service I received! However, I cannot give 5 stars for a couple of reasons. #1 - the process for scheduling an appointment is tedious and time-consuming, and you have to schedule appointments 2-3 weeks out (which is less than ideal especially if something were to be wrong with the car as opposed to routine scheduled maintenance). #2 and perhaps more importantly, the online system is completely non-functional. I cannot even see appointment openings, let alone schedule one. It consistently says "it can't find" my phone number as if I am not even in their system (although it sends me alerts just fine and it is off of those alerts that I clicked the "schedule an appointment" button). Then when you try the phone number, you get a generalized person, not someone at the dealership, and even that person could not see available appointments and had to call the dealership directly, (which apparently regular customers are not able to do). The dealership did not have a solution for this although they seemed aware of the online system/scheduling issues. More
Drop off my car for service the night before. The day of the service it was after 4 pm and they had not called me. When I went to pick up, the person who delivers the cars was in a bad mood when in fact the one who should have been upset was me. They didn't even tell me where the car was parked and I had to drive around until I got it. Totally disappointed. More

Had a good experience buying 2022 Tucson in late November, but first time in for service was a bit disappointing. In for routine oil change and check up, I was not familiar with the service departme November, but first time in for service was a bit disappointing. In for routine oil change and check up, I was not familiar with the service department. Service rep went right to car and didn’t greet me, nor direct me to where we were going to write up service ticket. The work done seemed okay but nearly two hours for simple services in a shop that didn’t seem all that busy was too long. More
