Then he refused to give me the contact information for his zone rep. I wrote a letter to Hyundai Customer Service and their response was a big fu. When I presented my coupon from Gregory Hyundai for a $14.95 oil change, the service rep said " oh, we can't do that". When I told him I just called the yesterday and they said they would he just kept saying they could not match that deal. This is the second bad experience I have had with this service dept. First time was when I called for about a recall, made the appointment then when I got there was told they didn't have the part in stock. They could care less then either. This is the last time I will ever deal with them again and I will also make sure to inform my friends of my experience. More
Went in for warranty work. Technician must not have had any training at all. Everything they touched was done incorrectly or replacement parts broken. On October 26th, I had a flat tire 1 block from home. I called Roadside assistance, and Maria 1st asked if I was OK, which I appreciated. She said a tow truck would be arriving within an hour. George got there early and acted in the same professional way as Maria. I was immediately impressed with the service. When I got to the dealership, Bob Oberding went out of his way to make the repairs at no cost. I sincerely appreciate Maria's, George's, and Bob's efforts on my behalf. Brought my 2011 Elantra in for a gas mileage check in. I noticed that they were looking for Elantras for their used car inventory. I inquired about trade in value and pricing on a new Elantra. I worked with Keith who was very patient as I contemplated, and negotiated the numbers. I never felt pressured, as it was a calm experience. I am very satisfied with my 2013 Elantra. The Service department made it a very easy experience. They made sure they had a loaner car waiting for me so I would be late for work and Bob in the service department let me know if I wasn't there by 6:00pm (the shop closes at 6:00) that there would be a manual in my car but to call if I needed help with anything. I got there a couple minutes after 6:00 and the porter went to get my car. The porter handed me my keys and Bob from the service department was leaving and stopped his car (even know he was leaving for the day) to show me how to work my remote start. I have to say Bob went above and beyond. I have had nothing but good experience with this dealer and would recommend anyone to buy a car from them or get your car serviced from them. brought my car do to transmission issues,check engine light was on. After $99 inspection, mechanic guaranteed that the cause its the alternator low voltage charge, fact that was visible already, the batt light was on. Replaced the alternator my self only because the service department wanted to make a sale, they didn't seem to care or wanting to help. Took my car to a random auto shop from down the street, in less time, for less money the guys told me the real issue is. I was never treated so poorly. More
