Throughout the process, Ashley stayed in communication with me, explained what was happening, helped get documentation from the technician, and continued following up with the warranty company when things were unclear or delayed. What stood out the most was that she never made me feel like I was just another customer or that my concerns were being ignored. She was respectful, honest, and understanding, especially with how stressful it was being without a vehicle and having to rely on a rental. She helped me understand the repair process, the warranty-related issues, and the final payment situation as clearly as possible. Even when the situation was frustrating, Ashley remained professional and helpful. I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me through a difficult repair and warranty process.
