He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that i was interesred in purchasing and if he did not have the answer i was looking for he was resourceful enough to find out. I am not an easy person to please and can be difficult at times. Mr. Ross was very patient and his demeanor is one that I look for in my own employees.
