Juan was particularly helpful, he listened to all of my concerns and specific requests, taking multiple cars out for viewing. He was incredibly thoughtful and intentional in getting me the car that I was specifically after, even though it required a bit of a wild good chase😂. He also took the time to thorough explain the Hyundai App for my phone, all its features and how to get the most out of it. I have worked guest services and customer care jobs most of my life, so this aspect is paramount to my loyalty to a company. Every person I have encountered in this business over the last three years(maintenance of my old Elantra, and now purchase of my new Elantra). Has been gracious, kind and approachable. The product is great, and I LOVE the cars. But the wonderful staff you have are the reason I will continue to return to this company and its product over and over.
