From the time my wife and I entered the parking lot we were greeted professionally and the salesman(john Cason) treated us with respect, professionally and did not pressure us. He knew what we wanted and did not try to sell us something outside of our price range and he was honest about the whole buying experience. He explained in detail the differences between our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and the 2016 that we were looking to purchase. While there was an error in the final paperwork, John drove out to our home and we completed all the paperwork without having to drive back to the dealership. Overall I would say our transaction went very smoothly. More
