I had a 9:15 aq.m. appointment for an oil change, free inspection and a tire check. I arrived at 9:12 a.m. I was told the wait wouldbe around an hour. The care wasn't moved into the bay until 10:13 a. inspection and a tire check. I arrived at 9:12 a.m. I was told the wait wouldbe around an hour. The care wasn't moved into the bay until 10:13 a.m. I checked at 10:45 a.m. and it wasn't done. (At that time I did not know that it had only been in the bay for 30 minutes.) I was shown the nail that was in my tire and instructed them to fix it. I checked again at 11:45 a.m. and Bard thought the car was still in the bay but it wasn't. It had been finished and was on the lot. It took another 10 minutes to check me out. So I was there 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. I will try this dealer one more time and if this happens again I will use some place else. More
