As soon as my husband and I pulled up to the dealership we were met by a representative of the company, they were all very friendly and accomodating. He made sure that we understood and even stated he would gladly go over it again if we needed him too, if we had any questions all we had to do was ask. He was not pushy but very helpful. I had no intentions of buying that day I was only looking, but he sold me on this car and I love this car!!!!! I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. The sales staff was friendly, attentive, knowledeable, and personable. The sales person was very helpful and the finance person was very professional as well. How ever, when there was a problem with the sterio system the sales person did all he could to get the issue resolved. It took three visits and multiple phone calls to get the attention of the repair department. The sales man had me drop the car off and he drove me back to work to see if he could get the issue resolved. Even after we had the issue several times and the sales person even saw the issue with the sterio system (screen was blank) when the service department looked at the system there did not apear to be an issue so they did nothing. It was only after we took the car back two more times before the service department desided to correct the problem. It appeared that the service department had a lack of communication with the rest of the staff and us the customer. I would recomend my friends to this dealership. Vivian Vineyard More
