We had to take our new truck back to the dealer 3 times during the first 2 weeks we owned it because of lack of attention to detail on the part of the service department. On another occasion. As if I would bring the thing in and deal with these people if it wasn't my truck!! The people in the service department acted as if my money wasn't as green as a man's or something. Little do they know I am the one who makes the monthly payment.
