The sales group is WONDERFUL! We had Wayne as our salesman. :) However, Service after the sale is HORRIBLE! They lied to us about two things: said they repaired something We had Wayne as our salesman. :) However, Service after the sale is HORRIBLE! They lied to us about two things: said they repaired something and didn't, said they were detailing it after sitting under a tree and had pollen and Spanish moss all over it and it was not cleaned. I do NOT recommend their service department! More

After weeks of searching for a car, I finally found what I was looking for at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. I dropped by on a whim and was so glad I did. When I walked to the door, I was warmly greeted by I was looking for at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. I dropped by on a whim and was so glad I did. When I walked to the door, I was warmly greeted by Alana. Within 5-10 minutes of sitting with her, I knew this experience would be different than all of the rest. Alana asked very good questions about my vehicle preferences, she listened intently to my desires, and did not try to push me over the limit of my price range. She worked diligently in finding a car that would best fit my wants and needs and struck gold on the first attempt! She set the bar high above any of the other sales associates I met with and went ABOVE and BEYOND--even helping me to drop off my rental car and bring back my trade-in vehicle to complete the transaction. I want to applaud the whole team of AutoNation--everyone was so kind and welcoming. You can tell they all enjoy working together. The environment was bright and comfortable. In terms of my buying experience, Paul, Tem, and Terry also helped make this process so easy. It was my first time buying a car in years and I was a bit apprehensive. However, their thorough explanations, patience, and expertise put me at ease and made for a smooth transaction.
