Alana asked very good questions about my vehicle preferences, she listened intently to my desires, and did not try to push me over the limit of my price range. She worked diligently in finding a car that would best fit my wants and needs and struck gold on the first attempt! She set the bar high above any of the other sales associates I met with and went ABOVE and BEYOND--even helping me to drop off my rental car and bring back my trade-in vehicle to complete the transaction. I asked finance what my approval rate was and I was told basically I won't be told/ wasn't allowed to know because he wasnt obligated to tell me! So really pissed me off. So I can only imagine my interest rate was way better! 11.94 or something. My credit was a 788. I wanted to walk away from the deal. Rodney the salesman was awesome. More
