To the robot response. That is not the number to the GM. He has my number and he has no interest in improving my experience. The ONLY way to improve my experience is to #1 resolve the leak under my car. There was NO leak when I dropped the vehicle off in September. #2 Clear the engine light fault. If the "certified" technicians repaired the engine then there should be no illuminated engine light. #3 Explain why there was no engine oil in the car. Everyone knows lack of proper engine oil can cause serious engine damage! #4 Explain why the engine splash shield was improperly installed, missing bolt and hanging from under vehicle.

The way you resolve the issue at a minimum is to have TWO mechanics on duty and add one "runner" to assist the service write up representative on Saturdays. This is a easy fix if the GM wants to fix it.I don't need to call just read my review and response.
