Long wait lines for services. Unable to get someone on the phone for any department. No call backs. Not automatically checking to see in needed repairs would be covered by warranty. Until after I requested they do so. I am still waiting on that response. The service center never answers the phone. I even called while I was at the front desk and they didn't answer still. The GM said they are very busy. Very impressed with dealership and people employed there, especially Mark, our ( my daughter and me),salesman. He was so kind, attentive and willing to listen to my needs,.
