Very disappointed in the service department. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and to check backup sensor which did not appear to be working. 3hours later I called and texted ser Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and to check backup sensor which did not appear to be working. 3hours later I called and texted service advisor to get an update on status. No answer nor response to text. Had my neighbor drive me to dealership to discover it had not even been turned over to a technician! Talked with service manager and received the typical excuse today “ we are under staffed and can’t get people to work”! So 4 1/2 hours after my appointment time my oil was changed and tires were rotated and was told My car doesn’t have that sensor. I previously had a Hyundai Sonata for 11 years and was so pleased with the service I received over the years. I hope this isn’t what I should expect going forward!! Apparently if you don’t wait for your car to be serviced it goes to the end of the line!!!! More
I had a appointment at 10am, my car didn't get worked on until 1pm. It took 4 hours for me to just get a oil change done, this was the second time this had happened to me. No one called to give me no update until 1pm. It took 4 hours for me to just get a oil change done, this was the second time this had happened to me. No one called to give me no update on my vehicle I had to call them. When I called they told me that my car was getting pulled in to get service started. Didn't hear from them after that call until about a hour later. More

I called the dealership on the phone to see if they had a Santa Cruz, the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment and drove into the dealership. From the time I walked into the door I was greeted with great customer service. Mark Cutter was my my salesman and I can not say enough good things about him. The sales manager and the finance manager were both very attentive to my needs and wants and did not try to over sale. This dealership had wonderful customer service, fast, and on point. Definitely worth your time to give them a visit! More
