I purchased my car 3/8/2013 and I have only used this location for all of my servicing needs. This is the first time I've visited since it changed to AutoNation and it sucked. First our 2012 Hyundai is the best car buy ever for us. Getting a timely service appointment is difficult and when it is obtained seems to take more time than required. For example, Fuel System Service was $175.00 on my last visit, which was not anticipated nor was an estimate given. Also, a few weeks earlier I had a flat and decided it was time to replace all 4-tires. I could not get an appointment, nor could I get a return call to get an estimate of what it would cost for them to replace 4-tires. I went to Sam's Club and estimate a $120.00 savings and for a better tire. More
