Appointments are scheduled several weeks out when you need service. The wrong part was ordered for my repair which added several more weeks. It was a two and half hour drive from my home to the dealership. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Despite appearing to be very busy, the entire process went faster than expe dealership. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Despite appearing to be very busy, the entire process went faster than expected. Mark guided me through the process of buying my first car and made sure I was taken care of. During the financing process, Henry was also friendly and did not try to force any warranty plans onto me or unwanted accessories. When it was all said and done, everyone smiled and congratulated me on my car purchase, even the staff that weren't involved my car purchase. I would probably buy my next car from AutoNation Hyundai Savannah again if it weren't so far away from my location. I highly recommend this dealership. More
