Every one from the sales rep to the manager and the finance person was very friendly and very accommodating I made my offer over the phone and drove two hours in the rain to get the car. I don’t know if all this will mean anything but, the car’s check engine light came on just 3 weeks after initial purchase and it took almost 2 weeks to fix.I started looking for Lemon lawyers at that po car’s check engine light came on just 3 weeks after initial purchase and it took almost 2 weeks to fix.I started looking for Lemon lawyers at that point but it’s a 2016 car so no one wanted the case.The dealer sent me a better contract to sign out of blue reducing the total buying cost and monthly payments;I asked why before signing but their reason was unclear.i tried to return the car shortly after that but they didn’t let me stating I drove over the miles.The car has now broken down twice on my hustle for work in Ontario in the last few days which i paid mobile mechanics to fix out of pocket.it’s a used car but still not a 2002 or 2005 car.On taking back the car to fix they told me I didn’t purchase an extended warranty so I should either go to a ford dealership directly where I would still have to pay or I pay for them to look at it.No one like car issues especially a car bought in June this year.go to another dealer if you can.the will mess you up More
