Very friendly and professional in finalizing the deal. In and out in record time. car was washed up and fueled up as I walked out the door. 3 days later I returned the car because it didn’t like it. I made an appointment on line, but something went wrong and it didn’t save. They were very welcoming and took me anyway. We brought our lease vehicle in for an oil change on 5/3/23. This is a free service. I waited a long time for the oil change, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. I drove 5 hours to visit family and whil 5/3/23. This is a free service. I waited a long time for the oil change, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. I drove 5 hours to visit family and while it was parked I noticed it was leaking a lot of oil. We took it to the local Hyundai dealer and they charged us $60 replace a defective oil filter. Defective parts happen, that’s not a big deal , either. The Hyundai service department in Merced told us to get in touch with Hyundai Valencia and they would reimburse us for the $60. We’ve called and left messages with the service manager, general manager and others, they will not answer the phone and they will not call back. Now I’m angry. The level of service is just awful. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. More
