They refused to give me my trade in back and then tried to charge me for it. They are currently trying to sell my trade in while it is still under my name, both with the dmv and with the lender. The video messages from the mechanics are a nice change too over the past few years, and they make sure you want something done before anything with an advisor, so your not hit with some unwanted cost. Avery has been my go to, highly knowledgeable and responsive. Car washes have changed a little from just a wash down with a sprayer to actually bring cleaned with the outside wiped down and slightly buffed after which is nice too. More
