My cars alignment was off so I brought it in for an alignment and tire rotation. After getting my car back the car still pulls to the right and my steering wheel is not aligned. It’s still always sligh alignment and tire rotation. After getting my car back the car still pulls to the right and my steering wheel is not aligned. It’s still always slightly turned to the right. I paid $120 for just the alignment and it feels the exact same as before. Feels like they took my money, let the car sit around, then returned it to me 5 hours later having done nothing to it. More

The service department was horrible! ! I believe my agents name was Woody or something like that and he was completely lost the entire time I was there. The other agents were more friendl ! I believe my agents name was Woody or something like that and he was completely lost the entire time I was there. The other agents were more friendly trying to help him but he seemed to not know how to do his job. Then the service manager lady came in and she was very fake nice. They also discuss other customers car issues in front of new customers and laugh about not fixing the cars. The service manager lady has this chip on her shoulder attitude since I guess she makes the decisions, and she is very quick to try and get you out of her location and send you to any other one so her technicians don't have to do the work on your car. She sent me to a different location and made it very obvious with her fake smiles she did not want my Infiniti at her Infiniti location! I left there feeling like I will NEVER take my car back to them, nor will I ever refer anyone else to that service department. More
