My 2009 FX35 has always been serviced at Tustin Infiniti since I purchased it, but I was in the process of finding somewhere else to go due to dissatisfaction on my last few visits. This last visit was dif since I purchased it, but I was in the process of finding somewhere else to go due to dissatisfaction on my last few visits. This last visit was different. This time Henry managed my service & he was pleasant, knowledgeable & informative. He did not talk down to me with ridiculous explanations/excuses as others did on the previous visits, which as a woman with a technical background, I found offensive. I will likely be back for my routine maintenance in the future. More

My 2012 M37 has a long term parasite battery drain problem. If not driven for 5 or 6 days it will not start, and has to be jump started. For 4 days they kept my car, while insisting that nothing was w problem. If not driven for 5 or 6 days it will not start, and has to be jump started. For 4 days they kept my car, while insisting that nothing was wrong because the battery tested ok. I repeated the problem and suggested how to find the fault, including checking existing Infiniti service bulletins related to this. I was told that testing the electrical system would cost $1000.00. I have purchased 2 Infinitis from this dealership and enjoyed excellent service for 19 years, but now will have to find a real service department to have my car repaired. More
I was very pleased with the service. I was greeted upon immediate arrival. The estimate of the time it would take to do the work was completed before the expected time. The service tech was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The facility was clean and safety precautions were being practiced amongst all staff. Patrons not so much 😷 wearing. Overall I was very happy with my visit and will return. More
