I had my first maintenance appointment and although most people were pleasant enough, the Advisor I had seemed annoyed by me asking a couple of simple questions. The person that greeted me and the lady in people were pleasant enough, the Advisor I had seemed annoyed by me asking a couple of simple questions. The person that greeted me and the lady in the Enterprise area were awesome but the attitude of the Advisor made me drop the rating. I did notice he is the only one that did not have many years of service by his name above his office door so maybe he was new? More
