Brought vehicle in 3 times to repair or replace broke seat. Lied the first time about repairing. Didn't fix problem the second time and Refuse to replace seat on the 3rd visit. This dealership is the absolutely best; from their sales people (Don Naja in particular (a real sweetheart)), to their administrative people, to their service people!! The valet and rental services are wond people (Don Naja in particular (a real sweetheart)), to their administrative people, to their service people!! The valet and rental services are wonderful and deserve a 5 star rating as well. I have been their satisfied customer for several years. My 2019 MKZ is in great condition now with low mileage, but I hope Lincoln comes out with an awesome new automobile in the very near future so I will have a place to shop when it’s time to trade it in.
