I was purchasing my lease vehicle. It took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. I paid $899 for "dealer service fee". However, when I asked if the vehicle would be checked and It took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. I paid $899 for "dealer service fee". However, when I asked if the vehicle would be checked and cleaned, I was told this was not included. I would have thought for the amount paid, even though I had used the car during the lease, it would have been a courtesy to have this included in the "dealer service fee". More
